Nowadays, innovation is often linked to technology and digital processes. However, innovating means, first of all, creating an environment where ideas can emerge, connect each other, and transform themselves into real solutions.
From that perspective, we designed an immersive Hackathon inside a biopark, where nature became both inspiration and a comfortable playground.
In this real ecosystem, teams explored shared leadership, co-creation and evolutionary thinking, discovering again how natural rhythms represent a key basis that drives organizational growth.
Through methods such as Design Thinking, Gamification, and Art-based Learning, participants could experience a journey of creative flow, where the biodiversity has acted as a source of ideas and new connections among people, processes, and corporate values.
Takeaways of the journey:
When people and nature meet each other, innovation naturally comes out – turning into a shared experience of growth, connection, and change.
