The value of trust in performance
About the event
When we talk about performance, we often think to clear and measurable targets.
However, what does really happen when an organization decides to embrace a trust path, approaching a complex project without knowing in advance the possible outcome?
In a recent journey managed by Serendipity, people coming from different roles within the same company worked together for six months at an important task: designing and delivering the Annual Convention of their company.
What about the outcome? Truly inspiring!
Colleagues who just know each other were able to build up great teams, capable of creating a powerful and engaging performance, inspiring hundreds of participants.
Key aspects of the journey:
Courage and trust: the company chose to believe in its people, without a predefined structure.
Cross-functional collaboration: different experiences and skills merged into a shared language and vision.
Motivation and engagement: the direct involvement strengthened the connection and the motivation about being part of the same organization.
Creativity and innovation: being free from constraints led to fresh and unexpected ideas.
When an organization invests in its people, results overtake performances: a meaningful experience takes, leaving a bold mark.
