Serendipity is preparing a Team Journey to improve team’s and team members’ own effectiveness.

The experience will start from an outdoor activity, dropping in the nature, where every individual may taste the value of each team member through a mix of individual reflections and team experiences.

The journey then will proceed during the subsequent months back to the company, adding competencies on the real development programs.
