Serendipity is excited to wish a very warm welcome to Beatrice Coucourde.

In February 2025, she will start the mandatory training to get access to the certification as Psychologist applied to business environment.

She will develop the following key competences:
Analysis of clients' needs
Application of neuroscience-based learning methodologies - Brain-based learning
Design of training programs for soft skills development
Training courses gamification
