However, what does really happen when a team decides to dive an extreme simulation, where relying on the collaboration is the only key to succeed?
That’s exactly what happened in a recent journey managed by Serendipity!
A corporate team was brought inside an amazing team-building experience.
A structured role play allowed participants to simulate the life inside a true submarine! An immersive and challenging environment designed to activate cross-functional skills and increase awareness about roles, relationships, and decision-making processes.
Key aspects of the journey:
From the Captain to the Sonar Operator, from the Cook to the Doctor, each participant had the chance to see his/her team from a new perspective – gaining valuable and collective insights along the way.
